Allow investors to ask questions in the FAQ section

I think investors should be able to ask questions directly from the FAQ section. Possibly have upvotes too so most important rise to the top?

The founder must have some level of control here. To decide which questions are visible and which are hidden/archived (for questions the founder does not believe to be relevant or that provide no value).
